Each session holds three things

Each month opens with a coach-led theme relevant to food and body recovery. Share your own experience if you'd like to — or simply listen.

Your Voice

Sharing is always optional. You can speak, or you can receive. Both are equally welcome here.

A Practice or Tool

We close with either a grounding embodied practice or a concrete tool you can carry into your week.
