A structured, evidence-informed coaching program for people who want to improve their relationship to food and their bodies.
This isn't about eating less or more, moving differently, or following a set of rules. It's about understanding your nervous system and it's behavioural patterns - and impementing practical tools to developing a different relationship with yourself.
The Grounded Method was built for people who are looking for a non-diet, nervous system informed approach to supporting their thoughts and behaviours around food and their body.
You find yourself eating in ways that feel out of control, or feeling rigid and stuck in rules - and the cycle feels impossible to break
You think about food, your body, or what you "should" be doing constantly - and it's exhausting
You know what could be supportive, but you feel stuck in repeating cycles.
You use food or your body to manage stress, numb out, or cope - and some part of you knows it's not really about the food
You're ready to embody a genuine shift in how you relate to food and your body
You want support that is evidence-informed, nuanced, and meets you where you actually are
A note on clinical care: The Grounded Method is a coaching program, not a clinical treatment. If you are currently in an active eating disorder or in a recovery process and working with a treatment team, please speak with your provider before joining. This program works alongside clinical support - it does not replace it.
The Grounded Method unfolds over 12 weeks. Each phase builds on the last - together forming a complete, integrated path from understanding to empowerment.
Before anything shifts, we get curious. What do you notice? What has been running in the background? This phase is about building a foundation of understanding.
This is where the real work happens. We go deeper into the rules, the judgements, the inherited beliefs about food and your body - and we begin to loosen their grip. You'll explore what grounded eating actually feels like, not as a diet, but as a lived experience.
Taking what has shifted internally and allowing it to show up in your actual life. This phase is about building rhythms not rules.
The program is designed to hold you in session, between sessions, and beyond.
Weekly 90-minute sessions via Google Meet. Real conversations, real time, real people.
A structured deep-dive workbook with reflection tools and prompts to expand on and accompany each week. Yours to keep long after the program ends.
Limited to 20 participants. Intimate and connected.
Session notes, meeting recording, reflections, and curated reading delivered to your inbox each week.
Every session is recorded and shared to a private Google Drive folder - so nothing is ever missed.

I created this program because I know what it feels like to be in the cycle - and I know what it takes to find a way out. Not by fighting harder, but by getting genuinely curious about what the body is trying to say.
I'm a qualified coach specialising in dysregulated eating and the complicated relationship many people have with food and their bodies. I've worked in eating disorder spaces for years, and I bring both specialist training and lived experience to every session.
The Grounded Method is small on purpose. I want to know your name and your story.
